B.M. Thomas Residence

The B.M. Thomas Residence was originally located in a central downtown area and was slated for demolition to allow for expansion of a major intersection. Conron & Woods was hired to assist in relocating and restoring this small house which dates to the 1880's. In need of restoration and stabilization, the design restored woodwork, stablized the exterior porches and trim, removed non-historic details inside and out, and put a new roof on the building, to make a beautiful, usable structure for today while honoring its historic past.
