Vigil Medical Office Building

This two-story medical office building adjacent to Santa Fe's Christus St. Vincent hospital was designed to provide professional space for several tenants. The building's design was coordinated with an existing building on the site, making a substantial medical complex.

The building design includes a traditional portal, a large naturally-lit interior stairway, roof deck, and efficient shared circulation spaces. Architectural services provided also included landscape design, interior design, and tenant fitout design. The completed building is a mix of traditional building features with a pleasant and welcoming spaces indoors and out. Plentiful windows give building occupants visitors daylight and views. Waiting areas and exam rooms are spacious and comfortable.
